Lottie Moss admits the real challenge on Celebrity Bear Hunt was her mental health and says she hopes the series will 'boost her self-esteem'


Lottie has said she found tackling her mental health the most challenging part and hopes the series with 'boost her self-esteem'.

Speaking ahead of the first episode, which hits screens on February 5, Lottie admitted: 'I’ve struggled a lot mentally so that’s probably the biggest challenge of my life really. The model has joined a star-studded lineup including Boris Becker, Shirley Ballas and Una Healy on the new Netflix series, which sees stars dropped into the jungle in Costa Rica as prey for one of the world's most fearsome predators – Bear Grylls 'I have struggled so much since I was young with depression, anxiety and problems with addiction and becoming a model and being in that industry made it very difficult for me not to feel that way and just succumb to drugs and alcohol whenever I felt sad.
