Lorraine Kelly has opened up about an 'overwhelming' role she has taken on away from her TV show and said it left her in tears as she made a very emotional revelation
The beloved presenter, who is 64 years young, has been a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness since launching the Change and Check campaign in 2019, following her producer Helen Addis's diagnosis with the condition. The initiative has blossomed over the past five years, inspiring a choir composed of women touched by breast cancer, either as survivors or those currently in treatment. On his choice to join the project, Marti reflected that it was partially a matter of being confronted by mortality: "Once you come to a certain age in your life, you become very much aware of cancer."
