Lorraine Kelly has revealed that weight gain left her "unhappy" and the changes she adopted to drop down two dress sizes.

The 64-year-old shared that weight gain over lockdown had left her “unhappy”, and detailed the lifestyle changes that had allowed her to eventually regain control and lose over a stone. She’s said that keeping a better eye on her diet and daily walks with her beloved border terrier Angus have been crucial to losing weight.
