Lorde Announces ‘Ultrasound’ International Tour With Support From Blood Orange, Oklou and the Japanese House
Lorde has announced her international 'Ultrasound' tour dates with support from Blood Orange, Oklou and the Japanese House.
Support for the trek includes Blood Orange, the Japanese House, Nilüfer Yana, Chanel Beads, Empress Of, Jim-E Stack and Oklou on select dates. She promoted the record’s first single “What Was That” with a fan event in New York’s Washington Square Park on April 23, where she premiered the song and shot part of its music video. Speaking to BBC Radio 1, Lorde explained how Charli XCX’s “Brat” and her collaboration on the remix for “Girl, So Confusing” inspired her creative process for “Virgin.” “I’d been kind of cooking this album up.
