Ruth Langsford has spoken out about her struggles with body confidence during a candid chat on Loose Women, following her split from Eamonn Holmes earlier this year.

I'm closer to the women that I work with at the beginning of the week: Ruth, Janet Street-Porter, Brenda Edwards, Judi Love, sometimes Linda Robson, Christine Lampard."
