Denise Welch has confirmed her son Matty Healy is engaged to model Gabbriette Bechtel after a whirlwind romance, as she appeared on Loose Women and shared sweet details
The 1975 frontman, 35, sparked speculation he is engaged as he reposted a photo on Instagram that showed his girlfriend, 26, wearing a large black diamond ring on that finger on her left hand. Gabbriette, who is also a singer and fronts Nasty Cherry, first shared the photo on her own Instagram story and wrote: “Marrying The 1975 is very brat" and tagged Matty. But Daddy I Love Him, Down Bad, Fortnight, The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived and I Can Do It With A Broken Heart are widely interpreted to be about their rumoured romance and featured in her shows in Edinburgh at the weekend.
