Loose Women star Charlene White has opened up about losing her mum to bowel cancer on the ITV show, revealing on Thursday that she still battles with grief 27 years later

It was an emotional episode of Loose Women on ITV this morning, with host Charlene White breaking down in tears as she spoke about grieving her late mother. The Loose Women's star fellow panellists - which include Judi Love, Olivia Attwood and Linda Robson - rushed to grab Charlene tissues as she continued to chat about her mum. Charlene has opened up about her mum's death in the past, telling ITV's Lorraine last year: "I was 16 and my younger brother was only three when she was diagnosed and she died before she hit 50.
