Loose Women star Andrea McLean has given fans a health update after a life-threatening illness resulted in a hospital stay earlier this year.

Loose Women star Andrea McLean has issued a health update after she was rushed to hospital with a life-threatening illness. She revealed in March that she had been diagnosed with severe pneumonia, acute kidney injury and sepsis, following a series of tests. Andrea – who left Loose Women in 2020 – admitted she wanted to make people see that you can do something even if you “think you’re not fit enough”, encouraging others to take part on future retreats.
