Lonely Island Reunites On ‘SNL’ For First Digital Short In 6 Years
As 'Saturday Night Live's landmark 50th season continues, The Lonely Island reunited this weekend with the song 'Sushi Glory Hole'.
James Austin Johnson, Andrew Dismukes, Devon Walker and Chloe Fineman then demonstrate how to use the Sushi Glory Hole, but as Mikey Day learns, they can be easily confused for the real thing. The Lonely Island’s reunion comes after the trio was cast on SNL with Season 31 in 2005, churning out such hilarious hits as ‘Lazy Sunday’, ‘Motherlover’, ‘Jizz in My Pants’, ‘I’m on a Boat’ and ‘Jack Sparrow’. Samberg also appeared on the Oct. 5 episode as Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, alongside Rudolph’s Vice President Kamala Harris, in the show’s cold open.
