Location, Location, Location star Phil Spencer on becoming ‘estate agent’ amid ‘depths of depression’

Star of Location, Location, Location Phil Spencer previously revealed that he made a decision on his career during a period of depression.

Admitting that he had to think about “who Phil Spencer is” and what he wanted to do, the now 54-year-old revealed that “in the depths of the depression,” he chose to be an estate agent in 1991. As a result I decided to go to London South Bank University and study surveying,” Phil explained. With an ongoing demand, Phil expressed that he has “always said that if people keep enjoying the show, we’ll keep making it”.
