Loam Entertainment Greenlights Indie Film ‘Bad Counselors’ (EXCLUSIVE)
Loam Entertainment has green-lit the independent comedy "Bad Counselors," fully financing the project along with Zero Gravity.
Loam Entertainment has ordered a greenlight for the independent comedy “ Bad Counselors,” fully financing and producing the project with Zero Gravity, as exclusively learned by Variety. The log-line for “Bad Counselors” is described as a “fish-out-of-water comedy [following] two partying fraternity brothers who pose as middle-school camp counselors to work off community service and salvage their senior year.” The film is helmed by director Chris Dowling, who has previous credits on “Where Hope Grows,” “Blue Miracle,” “Run the Face” and “Priceless.” “Bad Counselors” getting picked up for a greenlight comes as construction continues on a 268-acre media campus in Williamson County, Tenn., set to complete by 2027.
