The star, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, shared a Tumblr post of a new essay she wrote in which she talks about her feelings and how she routinely suppressed them. “These sensationalized stories are coming from former employees who have already publicly admitted that they were told their behavior on tour was inappropriate and unprofessional,” Lizzo said at the time.
