Since wrapping up her Special Tour, Lizzo shared with the outlet that she has shifted her focus to maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise. In February 2023, About Damn Time earned Lizzo her first major category win, taking home the prestigious Record of the Year trophy at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards.
