Lizzo Reveals What Food She Gave Up to Achieve Weight Goals
Lizzo shares how she reached her weight loss goals, including the changes she made to her diet and lifestyle habits
The “About Damn Time” singer, 36, gave fans an insight into her eating and exercise habits during a TikTok Live on Tuesday, April 22. The singer said she gave up her daily dose of Starbucks after realizing how many calories she was consuming and that giving up coffee also helped to “regulate my nervous system,” per People. In a video shared via TikTok on Tuesday, Lizzo showed off one of her healthy meals: bison meatballs with rice, peas and cabbage.
