Lizzo Debuts Ozempic Halloween Costume After Denying She Took Medication to Lose Weight

Lizzo dressed as Ozempic for Halloween after previously shutting down speculation that she used the diabetes medication to help her lose weight this year.

While wearing a box of “Ozempic” that branded her name across the front and a tape measure wrapped around the top, Lizzo, 36, posed for a faux advertisement that read, “Need self love? Lose guilt, gain confidence.” The bottom of the fake ad said, “Side effects include: A smile on your face and a pep in your step.” She completed the look with white heels and captioned her post, “Ok Halloween … you can start now.” In other photos, she posed with South Park’s Eric Cartman to acknowledge the episode the show aired about her called “The End of Obesity.” She also danced with someone dressed as the cartoon character in another clip, which she captioned, “It’s that time of year where I feed y’all so ridiculously and you’re so very welcome baby.”
