Lizzo Clarifies Her Viral 'I Quit' Announcement
The 35-year-old singer explained her cryptic social media message from last week.
Lizzo added: "I'm constantly up against lies being told about me for clout & views...being the butt of the joke every single time because of how I look.... my character being picked apart by people who don't know me and disrespecting my name." Minutes after clarifying her comments on Tuesday, Lizzo shared another video of her Yitty swimwear haul, captioning it, "This brings me joy so I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. "I'm almost ready to be a normal human again… to be outside.. to love and trust people.. to try and make new friends… to go on live 👀… to sing and talk about my pain and joy… just give me a lil more time," she wrote.
