Lizzie Cundy details 'frightening' ordeal after her house was targeted by suspected burglars while she was in the bath: 'I couldn't move with fear'
The socialite, 55, took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal the 'frightening' ordeal as she claimed her home was hit by suspected burglars while she was in the bath.
She said the farmer 'spooked' the men and they drove straight through her fence while trying to flee, but overturned the car while driving at high speed and ran away. Lizzie shared her relief that the suspected burglars were not successful in entering her home and claimed she was targeted because the men believed the property was empty and that she was still on holiday in Barbados. Lizzie also took to Instagram to reveal further details about the ordeal, as well as a photograph of the overturned vehicle allegedly used by the two men, as she pleaded anyone with information to contact Hampshire Police.
