Live Nation Elects Richard Grenell, Trump-Appointed Head of Kennedy Center, to Its Board of Directors
Live Nation has named Richard Grenell who President Trump recently appointed president of the embattled Kennedy Center, to its board of directors.
Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live-entertainment company, has announced the election of Richard Grenell to its board of directors. Grenell joins a board that includes chairman Randall Mays (a former top executive at Clear Channel, now iHeartMedia), Maverick Carter (co-founder of the SpringHill Company), Ping Fu (co-founder of 3D imaging company Geomagic), Jeffrey T. Hinson (president of YouPlus Media and former top Univision exec), Chad Hollingsworth (senior VP at Liberty Media), Jimmy Iovine (former Apple and Interscope executive and co-founder of Beats by Dre), James Kahan (former AT&T executive), Gregory Maffei (Liberty Media president/CEO), Rich Paul (CEO and founder of Klutch Sports agency), Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino, and Latriece Watkins (exevutive VP at Walmart). “I’m proud to join the board and support Live Nation’s efforts to grow this positive impact of concerts around the world.”
