In a recent post dedicated to showing fans what she has been up to in the month of April, the doting mum shared never-before-seen pictures and videos of her little ones. The star also shared the toddlers meeting and getting to stroke a horse, while another heartwarming video showed them giggling as their dad tickled them on the couch.
