Lit Agents Alysia Thomas, Kelsey Roberts Exit Paradigm
Paradigm is parting ways with lit agents Alysia Thomas and Kelsey Roberts, sources tell Deadline. The agency declined comment.
What prompted the parting of ways isn’t clear, but Thomas has already made her exit, with Roberts still finishing up her time at the agency. A veteran studio executive and producer previously based in London, Thomas moved to Los Angeles to join Paradigm as Motion Picture Lit Agent in the fall of 2022. News of the exits comes following word that Bill Weinstein and Devon Schiff, formerly of Verve, would be joining Paradigm’s Literary Content department.
