Lisa Snowdon on fiancé George: 'I completely trust him, he's my best mate'
EXCLUSIVE: Lisa Snowdon admits she's had her share of "sh***y* relationships but says she couldn't be happier with her fiancé George Smart, who she first had a fling with 20 years ago
The couple, who live together in London, actually first had a fling together 20 years ago, when they met when Lisa was working as an on-air DJ at MTV, and George was the channel's Head of Events. But the timing was off, with Lisa about to move to America to film LA Pool Party with Jayne Middlemiss and Tess Daly, and, she tells us, "because he was 23, so it was never going to work! In an effort to help other women, she published her book Just Getting Started: Lessons In Life, Love And Menopause last year, which include her own experience as well as tips and advice for other people.
