Lisa Snowdon 'still suffering to this day' from serious illness she survived years ago

This Morning's Lisa Snowdon has candidly opened up on her health, as she confessed that she still suffers after being hospitalised years ago for a life-threatening condition

Looking fabulous in a red and black printed dress, and with her long dark hair worn straight and glossy with dewy makeup she explained: "As someone who has had viral meningitis, I know only too well how those symptoms can stay with you, and how frustrating it can be." In her lengthy caption, she spoke about the work done by Meningitis Now's awareness campaign, as she explained that she "suffered headaches, memory loss, and depression for years" after contracting the illness. She wrote: "People are often told they will feel better in a couple of weeks, but for many recovery takes a lot longer and many experience after-effects including fatigue, memory issues and anxiety.
