Lisa McGee, Derry Girls creator, unveils new Netflix series set in Belfast


he genius behind hilarious Northern Irish sitcom Derry Girls, which launched the career of Bridgerton's Nicola Coughlan, has something new in store for us - a fresh Irish comedy/thriller. The 43 year old legend of screenwriting has her hands full with an upcoming Netflix original titled 'How to Get to Heaven From Belfast'.

In the series we'll see The Dry star Roisin Gallagher, Unforgotten's very own Sinead Keenan and Caoilfhionn Dunne who stunned us in 'A Thousand Blows'.
