Lisa Launches Comic Company to Accompany Debut Album ‘Alter Ego’
Blackpink's Lisa has launched a comic company to accompany her debut album 'Alter Ego.'
The 56-page project takes inspiration from the themes of her “Alter Ego” album, focused on five different characters (named Roxi, Kiki, Vixi, Sunni and Speedi) to represent a unique aspect of the 27-year-old’s personality. Following the likes of Metro Boomin and BoyWithUke, Lisa is the latest artist to team with Zero Zero Entertainment, a new venture launched by CEO Josh Frankel, former owner and publisher of Z2 Comics. See an exclusive first look at artwork from “ALTER-EGO: THE OFFICIAL COMIC” pulled from various moments of Lisa’s album rollout including looks from the visuals for singles “Rockstar” and “Moonlit Floor.”
