Lionsgate Ups Taylor Du Pont to Head of TV Post-Production as Bobby Williams Retires
Lionsgate has promoted Taylor Du Pont to head of television post-production. She assumes the role following the retirement of Bobby Williams.
Before her promotion, Du Pont served as a director of TV post-production, having worked on projects including “The Studio” on Apple TV+, “Home Economics” on ABC, “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” on NBC and “Orange Is the New Black” on Netflix. In her expanded role, she will oversee post-production on all of the studio’s scripted TV slate, which includes ABC’s “The Rookie” as well as its upcoming spinoff, MGM+’s reimagined “Robin Hood,” USA’s “The Rainmaker,” and Starz’s “Power” franchise and “Spartacus” sequel series. Lionsgate’s TV arm grew into a $1.5 billion business throughout his tenure, during which he works on series such as “Mad Men,” “Orange Is the New Black,” “Weeds,” “Nurse Jackie,” “Nashville” and the “Power” franchise, with more recent projects including “The Studio,” “Mythic Quest,” “Acapulco,” “The Rainmaker” and “The Continental.”
