Guy Ritchie ’s next action thriller In the Grey won’t be coming out on Jan. 17, 2025 as previously scheduled as the movie isn’t finished. Ritchie released via Lionsgate this past spring the Cavill WWII movie, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare which made $20.5M domestic, $27M WW. Last year, Ritchie released The Covenant, a more serious war film from his guns ablazing action comedies, which starred Gyllenhaal and Dar Salim respectively as a U.S. Army Green Beret Master Sergeant and his Afghan interpreter, fighting the Taliban.
