Line Of Duty star Adrian Dunbar has appeared to confirm the hugely-popular show's return and teased fans about an upcoming announcement.

The Irish actor, 66, - who plays Superintendent Ted Hastings - spoke in a new interview on Monday where he let slip huge news (seen with co-stars Martin Compston and Vicky McClure) The three stars, who played hard-hitting anti-corruption officers DC Kate Fleming, DS Steve Arnott and Supt Ted previously struggled to commit to a new series because of conflicting schedules.
