Lindsay Lohan's troubled father is JAILED after probation violation
Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has been jailed for violating his probation weeks after an arrest warrant was issued for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife.
Sources told TMZ Lohan pled guilty to violating his probation in connection with his February arrest in Texas on a 'continuous violence against the family' felony assault charge for allegedly beating up estranged wife Kate Major. Following the breach last month, authorities issued an arrest warrant for Lohan linked to his probation from a 2022 conviction in Palm Beach, Florida in connection with pocketing money for steering patients toward a specific rehab facility. The former couple parted in September 2018 when Major said in a court filing in Florida that the marital union had been 'irretrievably broken,' requesting primary custody of their sons in addition to child support and alimony.
