In a clip seen on TMZ, the pair were standing in the road in a heated exchange reportedly spurred by a number of disagreements and an arrangement in which Major stayed at his home while he was not there, Lohan told the outlet. Major told investigators he had 'flipped her out of a chair at their residence a few days earlier,' and she was 'concerned he was following her' after he allegedly arrived at the same building where she was having a medical test (Pictured in Southampton, NY in August 2010)
