Freakier Friday — the sequel to the 2003 Disney film that saw Curtis and Lohan’s mother-daughter characters, Tess and Anna Coleman, switch bodies to hilarious effect — is scheduled to be released in theaters on August 8. The film’s logline revealed that the sequel picks up “years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis” with their magical body swap.
