Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis appear in a first look at Freakier Friday as the release date is revealed
An image from the film Freakier Friday was shared on Friday, of course. The new movie also has a release date: August 2025.
They play mother-daughter duo Anna and Tess Coleman, who switch bodies overnight; seen in August in Anaheim, California In the original movie, Jamie and Lindsay's characters have their bodies switched by a mysterious and magical Chinese fortune cookie. The actress shot to international stardom as a child, appearing in the 1998 movie 'The Parent Trap' - but Jamie is thrilled that she's now 'settling into a really happy domestic life'.
