Linda Robson reveals the touching way she helped struggling Paul Danan before his tragic death
The former Hollyoaks actor tragically passed away in January aged just 46 and he was said to have struggled financially in recent years after work dried up.
Speaking to Bella magazine this month, Loose Women panellist Linda made the candid confession that it had been a tough year so far following Paul's death and her Birds Of A Feather co-star Pauline Quirke's dementia diagnosis. Paul told MailOnline in his final interview in November how he moved in with his parents and struggled to get acting jobs so worked in a phone shop repairing screens to get by after leaving Hollyoaks. He told MailOnline just before Christmas how he regretted leaving Hollyoaks to try to break into Hollywood because he didn't want to be typecast as a soap star and become 'the next Ken Barlow'.
