Linda Robson on ‘revolting’ side effects from weight loss: ‘The plan was so strict’

Loose Women star Linda Robson has opened up about her weight loss - and 'revolting' side effects she suffered because of it.

Listing other side effects, she continued: “My hair started falling out, my breath stank, and because I was literally living on packet soups, a snack bar and a milkshake – that’s all I would have all day – I was starving the whole time.” ‘I was spending whole days crying’ (Credit: Loose Women YouTube) Linda, who felt the approach was not sustainable, also reflected on how her relationship with alcohol may have been linked to her weight. “I was spending whole days crying, and I looked absolutely terrible, really skinny like a skeleton… It was as if I was at death’s door, with hollowed-out cheeks and lines etched across my face.”
