Linda Perry Says She Had To Make ‘Let It Die Here’ Doc Because ‘Sometimes You Lose Your Way’
Linda Perry sat down with Billboard to talk about the personal crises that inspired her 'Let It Die Here' documentary, as well as her early days.

Director Don Hardy speaks to the singer, as well as her family, friends and colleagues in the 90-minute doc that also features new performance and recording footage. As Hardy hung around, Perry says she began “unraveling,” and it wasn’t until the director came told her he’d shown a 30-minute edit of the footage to some people and they agreed there was a movie in there somewhere.
