The Native American, 37, and breakout star of Martin Scorsese ’s epic, Killers of the Flower Moon, will be vying for the Best Actress gong at Sunday night's Academy Awards. If she lands the gig, she would join a roster of Oscar nominees and winners who have previously hosted the Saturday night sketch show, including Anne Hathaway, Anjelica Huston, Rami Malek and Ben Affleck. Gladstone plays DiCaprio’s wife Mollie Burkhart in the shocking retelling of the Osage 'Reign of Terror' which saw hundreds of Native Americans killed in the early 1900s by their white legal guardians for the money they made from their oil rich land.
