Once she recovered from the shock of the Spice Girls' post, she continued to celebrate her birthday with her husband Charlie McDowell and their very cute dog Redford. Last month, Lily revealed she was back to filming her hit Netflix series, Emily in Paris, just a year after its season three finale ended on a cliffhanger. Following a two-month delay due to Hollywood's long, contentious writers' and actors' strikes, the British-American actress shared a selfie of herself holding a script from a table read.
