Lily Allen says she's stopped eating and is 'not in a great place mentally'

Singer Lily Allen has revealed that she has stopped eating and is "not in a great place mentally" as she opened up about her health on her latest podcast episode

The 39 year old singer, who recently moved to New York with her husband David Harbour and their two daughters, Ethel Mary, 13, and Marnie Rose, 11, said that she's been attending therapy sessions. Back in 2011, Lily opened up about suffering from an eating disorder during the peak of her music career. In a Channel 4 documentary, while launching a fashion venture with her sister Sarah Owen, she reflected on a troubling time in 2009: "There was a point last summer where I had an eating disorder, I used to vomit after meals."
