Lily Allen Admits She's 'Really Not in a Good Place,' Denies Rehab Rumors


Lily Allen opened up about her decision to step back from her podcast amid ongoing mental health struggles

During the Thursday, January 9, episode of her “Miss Me?” podcast, Allen, 39, announced she was stepping back while “finding it really hard to be interested in anything” at the moment. Allen recalled having a “panic attack” at an event recently, adding, “I went to see something at the theater the other night with my [friends] Carlo and Claire, and I had to leave at halftime. Demi Lovato, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jon Hamm, Carrie Fisher, and Ashley Judd are among the many celebrities who've admitted to struggling with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder
