The Riverdale star, 27, shared video of her undergoing red light therapy as she shared the diagnosis with fans on TikTok on Monday.
In an interview with Nylon, the star revealed her mental health had deteriorated when she felt 'like a prisoner' whilst shooting season five of Riverdale.
