Lil Wayne will celebrate 'Tha Carter VI's release by headlining his first show at NYC's Madison Square Garden in June.
Nearly three decades into his Hall of Fame career, Lil Wayne is set to headline NYC’s Madison Square Garden for the first time on June 6. Wayne confirmed the June 6 release date with a throwback trailer earlier in April, which came after the initial reveal in a Cetaphil ad surrounding the Super Bowl in February. Rolling Stone had an early listen to the album and revealed features from Miley Cyrus, MGK, Andrea Bocelli, Wayne’s son Kameron, Bono and more.
