Lil Nas X Just Wants to Go to the Bedroom, ‘Get You Levitating,’ on Kevin Abstract’s ‘Tennessee’

Kevin Abstract and Lil Nas X have released their collaboration, "Tennessee."

Abstract has released the track, which features his own bedroom-only lyrics and a great one-liner (“Bad hearin’, ask twice, huh”) after debuting it at the second weekend of Coachella, where Lil Nas X performed it with him. None of the lyrics explain the single’s cover art, which shows a couple of guys looking at a dirt bike in a kitchen, but there is one about Abstract being a “picky eater,” so maybe it’s that (but judging from everything else he says, probably not.) Consequence reports that at Coachella, Abstract said of Lil Nas X that he feels “very lucky to know him and to be existing at the same time as him” and that the rappers attended the same high school but didn’t know each other.
