The rapper’s legal team says the government is relying on false claims from a paid informant with a criminal past to keep him behind bars.

Lil Durk is challenging the credibility of a key FBI informant in his high-profile murder-for-hire case. Prosecutors claim Durk ordered six men to carry out the act in response to the killing of his close friend and collaborator King Von. However, prosecutors pushed back on the request, arguing that Durk’s offer fell short and accusing him of using his wealth to incite violence.
