Diarrhoea (can be watery or bloody) Abdominal cramps or pain Nausea Vomiting Fever and chills Other Symptoms: Headache Muscle aches Fatigue Salmonella infection can trigger a range of unpleasant symptoms from diarrhoea to fever, typically starting six hours to six days after eating contaminated food.
