Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, is paying solemn tribute to the former One Direction singer two days after his death at age 31. On Friday, the social media influencer shared an emotional note to her Instagram stories, in which she thanked supporters for “all of the kind words and love that has been sent my way” while requesting privacy as she processed her grief. Though the circumstances around the pop star’s death are still under investigation, a preliminary autopsy revealed Thursday that he died from multiple traumas and internal and external bleeding.
