Liam Payne's funeral this week with 'A-listers in attendance' as singer's body is flown home to Wolverhampton

Liam Payne's funeral is reportedly set to be held in the coming days, almost three weeks on from the One Direction star's tragic death after a fall from a hotel balcony

Last week, it was reported that Liam's body had been moved from a Buenos Aires morgue to the historic British Cemetery in the northern part of the Argentinian capital, following permission granted to his heartbroken father Geoff by prosecutors. Respected Argentinian daily La Nacion reported that Geoff was personally told in a recent meeting with prosecution chief Andres Madrea that he could return to the UK with Liam's body two weeks after arriving in the South American country following his son's tragic death. Liam was just 14 years old when he first auditioned for The X Factor in 2008 with a smooth rendition of Sinatra's Fly Me To The Moon, and he was later fast-tracked to global stardom when he reappeared in 2010, only to be grouped into the sensational One Direction alongside Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles.
