Liam Payne's body 'can't return home' to UK as toxicology review 'not complete'
A toxicology review on the body of Liam Payne has reportedly not been completed yet, with his body not able to be repatriated to the UK until the tests are concluded
Sky News reports that a representative of the public prosecutor's office met with his father, Geoff Payne, who is currently in the country, to update him on the investigation into Liam's death. As previously reported, materials extracted from Liam's body in an autopsy following his death on Wednesday had "determined the presence of the class-A drug", according to news portal Infobae. It's been reported that lead investigator, Prosecutor Marcelo Roma, has called for histopathological, biochemical and toxicological studies to be carried out, to confirm whether the singer was drugged and intoxicated.
