Liam Payne Did Not Resign From Companies on Day of Death, Contrary to Reports

Liam Payne has been posthumously removed as director from several companies he was associated with.

U.K. law requires for corporations to report the deaths of directors to Companies House, the British office that oversees businesses, within two weeks.
