Liam Payne Cause Of Death Revealed In Preliminary Autopsy Report
A cause of death has been determined for former One Direction singer Liam Payne, according to a preliminary autopsy report.
Payne died of “multiple trauma” and “internal and external hemorrhage,” as the result of the fall he suffered from the balcony of the third-floor room of the hotel in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo where he was staying, the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Argentina revealed. The 31-year-old Payne died at 5:07 p.m. on Wednesday after falling from the Casa Sur Hotel balcony and his body was taken to the city’s judicial morgue, where, that night, forensic medical professionals performed the autopsy, the prosecutor’s office said. A receptionist at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, notified police that Payne’s life was in danger, according to a recording of two emergency calls verified by the BBC, CNN, and Sky News.
