Liam Payne could have been under the influence of a drug known to cause psychotic attacks and hallucinations when he died, according to investigating police
The initial autopsy, conducted on Wednesday night, indicated that Liam died from multiple trauma injuries, including a skull fracture, which resulted in "internal and external haemorrhaging," reports the Mirror. Geoff was spotted leaving the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, where the 31 year old British star tragically fell from a third-floor balcony. "As I try to navigate this earth shattering event, and work through my own grief at this indescribably painful time, I'd like to kindly remind everyone that we have lost a human being," she penned in an Instagram post.
