Liam Gallagher Slams Rock Hall of Fame After Oasis Nomination: ‘There’s Something Very Fishy About Those Awards’
Liam Gallagher took to Twitter to humorously express his displeasure that the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame named Oasis as a nominee for the class of 2024.
He also discouraged one poster from promoting fan votes, responding with: “Don’t waste your time kid as much as it’s appreciated it’s all a load of bollox.” When one person suggested Oasis deserved to be recognized, he deflected and said, “Not as much as Mariah she smashed it.” Amid Liam’s continued humorous responses to the Rock Hall news, he did actually agree with a person who said Oasis deserves to be nominated, replying, “Of course” despite not thinking much of the honor. The Class of 2024 nominees include Cher, Ozzy Osbourne, Sinéad O’Connor, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Dave Matthews Band, Eric B.
